Atlantic View Hotel - Dewey Beach

The hotel was well-equipped and clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was amazing walk to local restaurants. The stuff were pleasant and the pool was lovely. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was speedy. Could use their convenient parking.

The stay was very good; no complaints. Quaint little hotel, breakfast was freshly prepared, beautiful location right by the ocean with balconies.

The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially before heading out to visit the Sea Witch Festival and check out the local shops. The wine and cheese happy hour in the evening was a great touch too! It's also a quick walk to the beach.

We noticed the bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean. Just a heads up if you prefer more space!

Charming hotel, cute staff, greeted with delicious warm cookies upon arrival and enjoyed a lovely breakfast with great muffin options, making it a good place to stay.

close proximity to the beach and fun local bars made my stay great

This hotel was like home with cozy rooms and the beach just a couple of minutes away. The local bars like Dewey Beer Company a nice stroll away made for a fantastic evening atmosphere.

I stayed in the Oceanfront Queen room with a private balcony. The view was very nice, especially for morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The room itself was cozy but pretty basic. I didn't spend much time inside, mostly enjoyed the balcony. No major complaints, but it would've been nice to have a little more space to move around.

The amazing location blew us away with fine ocean vistas. The delicious HUGE breakfast left us stuffed with plenty of options for everyone.

Great spot right on the beach. Super clean rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. Loved the daily breakfast, plus wine and cheese during happy hour. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free beach chairs and towels made it easy to relax. Nice balcony for chill vibes.

The close proximity to awesome spots like The Starboard and Woody's Dewey Beach Bar & Grill is a major win!

I found the bathroom to be super tiny-definitely a bit cramped! And while the front desk staff was friendly, they seemed a tad clueless about local happenings, like the Jolly Trolley schedule. But everything was still peachy overall.

I've stayed in various places in dewey beach before, but this time at atlantic view exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect-right on the beach and a quick walk to great restaurants. The afternoon wine and cheese happy hour made it easy to meet other guests, and the staff were genuinely friendly.

Honeymoon vibes!

We had an awesome mini honeymoon! The location was super private with great access to sit outside and enjoy the ocean views. They surprised us with champagne and chocolates, so sweet! Our only bummer was missing the breakfast, which I heard was pretty good. The complimentary snacks were nice, though!

Having a glass of wine during the daily happy hour was a nice touch, and the free beach chairs made our days at the ocean so much better. The pool area was perfect for lounging and the cozy balcony provided a great spot to unwind after a fun beach day. The only downside was the small bathroom. It worked for us, but I can see larger folks might find it tight 😊
